How can I make a booking?Fill out our booking form on our website and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How can I pay for services?We accept online payments using Stripe using Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cards. Invoices are sent on the day of your booking.

What happens if it rains?Rain, hail or shine we still walk if the weather is bad! Please let us know in advance if your dog strongly dislikes the rain so we can make other arrangements with you.

Do you arrange picking up and dropping off of my dog?Yes, we collect your dog from your home within a 1 hour pick up window and then return them after their walk. We require access to your dog for this service. We recommend you are home for your first trial walk. After a successful trial walk you do not need to be home for pick up and drop off.

What is your cancellation policy?We require 24 hours notice to cancel your bookings. A fee of 50% of your booking will apply and can only be waived at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Are you insured?Yes we are insured with the maximum $20 million dollars public liability insurance and $10,000 for dogs in transit.

I only require occasional walks for my dog, not every week or every day, can you help?Yes! We can provide casual bookings for situations including holidays, long days at work, injuries and illness where you are unable to walk your dog yourself. A weekly booking is encouraged but we will not turn you away, if you need us just drop us a line!

My dog can be aggressive with other dogs or people, can you still walk them?Yes we offer one on one walks for dogs who cannot be walked with other dogs. We offer walk and train services to help you with reactivity and safe exercise. Check out our services page for more information.

Where do you walk?We go everywhere, from parks, to the river and off the beaten track. Your dogs safety is paramount, dogs are walked on lead unless they have been assessed and passed as suitable for off lead adventures.
