How can I make a booking?

How can I pay for services?

We accept online payments using Petboost our booking service. You are required to have a card on file to take payment after your session has finished.

What happens if it rains?

Rain, hail or shine we still walk if the weather is bad! Please let us know in advance if your dog strongly dislikes the rain so we can make other arrangements with you. Please note our cancellation policy applies we require 24 hours notice, fees apply.

Do you arrange picking up and dropping off of my dog?

Yes, we collect your dog from your home within a 3 hour pick up window and then return them after their session. We require access to your dog, if we are unable to access your dog during your scheduled booking a cancellation fee applies.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require 24 hours notice to cancel your bookings. If you cancel will less than 24 hours notice a full fee is payable.

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes we are insured with the maximum $20 million dollars public liability insurance and $10,000 for dogs in transit.

Question 7

I only require occasional walks for my dog, not every week or every day, can you help?

Accepted Answer

The minimum booking for our services is weekly so we require an ongoing booking. We are unable to take casual holiday bookings but are happy to refer you to another local business who can help.
